Went to pick up our pizza at the window tonight. Two cars in front of me got their pizza right away. Employee looked out window and seen me, but when I pulled up to window, I sat there 5 minutes watching employees walk around doing things seeing I was at the window. I finally rang the buzzer and it still took another 2 minutes for them to come over to the window. VERY POOR SERVICE! Maybe manager should hire someone to stay at the window on Friday and Saturday nights and holidays that they are open. Ignoring the customer is not good for business.
Good pizza but customer service could be a lot better including answering the phone...
Took over an hour for deliver and my pizza is burnt to a crisp. Very irritated.
But it’s the only pizza I’ll eat in Hudson.
Good food , but order early usually busy at dinner time.
Ordered pizza and took over 2 hours to get it..
